I entered this industry as an ordinary engineering graduate with lofty aspirations, and remarkably, this field turned those dreams into tangible reality. Emerging from a middle-class background, I always aimed for a lifestyle that could inspire others.

Upon completing my graduation, an opportunity to establish my own business presented itself, and although adapting to this new environment was initially challenging, I soon realized it was exactly what I needed.

Throughout my journey in this business, I've encountered numerous highs and lows, each contributing to the development of a resilient attitude and unwavering confidence within me. My guiding principle for success in this realm has been simple:

We always considered myself a person filled with immense gratitude for everything I have in life. Coming from a middle-class family, my expectations for my life and career were simple. After completing my post-graduation with a Master of Science, I initially sought a job that aligned with my academic background. However, life took an unexpected turn, and I found myself pursuing a career in Human Resources.

From the moment I joined this company, I’ve experienced tremendous growth, both personally and professionally. This business has been the cornerstone of who I am today, and I owe my gratitude to the mentors who have guided me. They have been living examples of success and have kept me motivated throughout my journey.

My immense growth within this organization is largely thanks to my mentor and owner, Mr. Jaganathan. He has taught me every aspect of the business, from administrative tasks to managing an entire organization. All the owners have been a pillar of strength and support for me. A special mention goes to my backbone—my HR team. The success of an individual is always the result of a great team, and I take immense pride in having such a supportive HR team by my side.

My 13-year journey in this business has been like a rollercoaster ride, filled with twists and turns. But with the unwavering support of my team, the owners, and the HR department, I’ve always managed to navigate the challenges and reach my destination.

After completing my degree, I was seeking a career where I could learn and grow rapidly. I answered an ad on the Monster job portal and landed an opportunity with one of the top management companies in Coimbatore.

With no prior experience in management or sales, the initial weeks were riddled with challenges. Coming from a lower middle-class background, it took me a while to grasp the corporate culture, communication skills, confidence in speaking, and enhancing my overall personality. However, I embraced these challenges, proved myself, and eventually developed entrepreneurial skills by adhering to the company's systems. These skills later helped me establish and successfully run my own company at a young age. Over a span of two years, I was mentored in various aspects of running a successful marketing business: sales, marketing strategies, team building, leadership, recruitment, administration, and business finance.

Since the inception of ETIQU., I, Saravana Kumar, and my young team of aspiring leaders have relentlessly worked on building and expanding the business. Our journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. At ETIQU, we offer a wealth of experience and knowledge in sales, marketing, leadership development, recruitment, and business management.

I would like to express my immense gratitude to my father as he has been my first mentor in life. He taught me the value of patience and the importance of patience and the importance of never giving up, regardless of the situation. Joining AURO Org., was a decision I was hesitant about, given my background as a BCOM graduate. Many of my friends discouraged me because it involved fieldwork. Despite their advice, I took up the opportunity as I needed a job. To my surprise, I found myself coaching and mentoring others in a more practical, one-on-one setting.

Through this experience, I honed my communication skills and boosted my self-confidence by interacting with a variety of individuals. Initially, I was apprehensive about facing customers and meeting new people. However, with the guidance of my mentor and trainer, I overcame this challenge. In just a few weeks and months, I found myself in a position where I could manage and coach others. As an ordinary individual like me who struggled to speak English initially, engaging in this entrepreneurial endeavor made me face moments where I lost my confidence and attitude. Despite this, I never entertained the thought of quitting. I persistently faced failure, learned from it, and gradually developed my attitude, decision-making ability, and leadership skills.

One fundamental lesson I've learned from this journey is that for success, one must embody patience and focus on utilizing what they have rather than worrying about what they lack. My success mantra revolves around maintaining a continuous thought process about my goals, sharing them with others to remain accountable, and consistently practicing hard work. Remember, your efforts should surpass your expectations.

I completed my studies in Marine Engineering followed by Mechanical Engineering. After gaining 5 years of experience in the Marine Field, I made a conscious decision to shift my focus to business due to my deep interest in the field.

However, lacking a foundation in business, I joined a company called Auro Management in Coimbatore to learn its basics. Initially, it was very challenging for me. But as time progressed, I realized that dedicating myself to this path for at least 1 or 2 years would settle my life. The training and guidance I received from Auro were unparalleled compared to other companies.

Transitioning from being a marine engineer to becoming a businessman involves acquiring skills beyond technical expertise, such as leadership, communication, and financial acumen. Networking, gaining industry insights, and pursuing relevant business education were crucial in successfully navigating this transition. Immersing myself in the corporate world, I quickly adapted to roles that demanded strong leadership and business acumen. Making strategic decisions and effective communication became my strengths.

Today, I stand as a testament to a seamless transition from a maritime professional to a successful entrepreneur. I am immensely grateful to all the people who supported me along this journey.

As an owner, the first thing I want to express is that this opportunity creates and transforms numerous individuals who lack communication skills and personality, turning their dreams into reality.

Upon entering this opportunity, my owner/trainer guided me, shaping me into an inspirational figure for a great team. I made mistakes and spent considerable time overcoming challenges to embody honesty and discipline in my office.

Now, I lead a crew, KANNUR SQUAD, and preside over an office, ACTUS Inc. My sole objective is to elevate ACTUS Inc to become the nation's premier organization. The only path to achieving this involves working harder than my owner and acquiring knowledge surpassing theirs.

In my quest to be the best, I am dedicating myself to the relentless pursuit of building my own empire. Here, passion converges with purpose, and each foundation laid becomes a stepping stone toward a legacy of success.

My own journey into the business world began after completing my BBA when I joined the Velocity organization under the mentorship of Mr. Amit Baid.

One of the most pivotal moments in my career came when I was asked to relocate to Chennai. Today, the success story unfolds with the establishment of more than 25 offices across South India under my leadership. I see myself as an example and source of inspiration for aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly women, emphasizing the importance of dreaming big.
